Emi’s Secret Guacamole with Apple Dippers

This is a simple recipe for guacamole. My family never knew my special recipe, but now they will. I started liking avocados this past year, and in that time I created this guacamole that my family says is the best. Now your family can too.

Get out all you need to make the guacamole. I also like to use a masher our grandmother gave us.

You will need these things…
  • Knife, spoon, fork, bowl OR Masher
  • 2 Avocados, ripe
  • 2 Teaspoons Lemon or Lime, I usually split them 1 teaspoon each
  • 3 Salts: garlic, himalayan, and regular
  • Blue Chips for dipping
  • AND Apples for dipping

Take your avocados (avos) and take them out of their shell. Next cut them with a knife and put the diced avos into your bowl. Now, take your fork and mash them up into tiny chunks. After that, drizzle your lemon or lime on. Lastly, shake the three salts on and stir.

A easy dipping arrangement for blue chips.

Serve with the apples and the blue chips on the side. We LOVE dipping apples into guacamole.

Hope you like it,
