This amazing fennel recipe is by Giada and melts in your mouth with an olive oil and parmesan topping. I loved this recipe but Emily didn’t. We checked out Giada’s Family Dinners cookbook from our library. My mom let us check out 3 cookbooks. Since we love watching her on TV, Giada is a common known favorite of ours.
Now really simply her recipe is:
- Parm (veggie kind)
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Preheat oven to 375
- Slice fennel into 1/4″ slices (we did not do this part and but liked the thinner slices because they melt in your mouth more)
- Put in greased glass baking dish
- Top with salt and pepper then top each with good sprinkle of parm cheese then pour a little olive oil on each.
- Bake for 45 minutes
