Some of our favorites recently have been lava baked oats with pb & j, chocolate, or even caramel centers. You can also add fresh fruit for a naturally sweet touch . We recommend about 1/4 cup and would say that blueberries and strawberries are our favorites! Preheat your oven to 350ºF. Then, mash the banana until smooth in a small bowl. You will want to make sure there are no clumps. Add the rest of the wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated and add the dry ingredients next. Make sure the batter is mixed well. Spray a small, oven safe dish and add your batter. If you want to add a lava filling, pour half of the batter in, add the center, then cover with the rest of the batter. If you are mixing in something like blueberries, you can add them to the batter. Bake for 17 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. You can let it cool for a few minutes, but we usually cannot wait that long to eat them!
